We are less than a month away from Fiddin’ Fest in Downtown Rome.

The 2023 edition of the festival is coming up on October 14, and according to Rome Downtown Development Authority Director Aundi Lesley, it is expected to be bigger and better than last year.

“We have a killer music lineup,” she said. “We have record-breaking vendor numbers this year. We have an amazing car show from the Armuchee Ruritan Car Club. They are always so helpful.”

So far, around 200 vendors have signed up, which is about 70 more than in 2022. Last year’s Fiddlin’ Fest drew more than 25,000 visitors.

“We could really use some volunteers,” Lesley added. “If anyone sees this and would like to come and volunteer with us, we could definitely use them and put them to work. They will get an awesome Fiddlin’ Fest t-shirt. It’s always fun. It’s our best-attended event of the year and we believe this year will be no exception.”
