Woman charged with terroristic threats, aggravated stalking
An Armuchee woman was jailed Wednesday on charges of aggravated stalking and terroristic threats and acts.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
54-year-old Ella Carter Colby threatened to beat and kill a 44-year-old woman.
By going to the victim’s home and making the threat, Colby violated a court order to stay away from the address.
Colby is also being held without bond on a probation violation.
Rome woman charged with entering an auto
A 46-year-old Ward Mountain Road woman has been arrested on a felony warrant charging her with entering an automobile.
According to the warrant:
Shelley Katherine-Rhodes Rice entered a vehicle on Kings Court in Rome with the intent to commit a theft back on July 24.
Rice is also charged with a probation violation.
