A 23-year-old Radio Spring Road man has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with fleeing or attempting to elude.
According to the warrant on file at the Floyd County Jail:
Will Norman Pace Brownlow fled from police by traveling more than 20 miles per hour over the speed limit on Burnett Ferry Road back on September 21.
Brownlow is also charged with reckless driving and improper passing for passing a vehicle on the wrong side of the road in a no-passing zone at a hill and curve.
He is also charged with conspiracy to violate Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act after conspiring with another person to distribute marijuana.
