Jacob Jamel Julian Richmond
A South Rome man was arrested on Monday following a shooting on Park Avenue in Lindale.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
18-year old Jacob Jamel Julian Richmond shot at a 60-year-old Lindale man and the man’s vehicle.
The victim was struck by one of the two rounds fired by Richmond, who is charged with aggravated assault and terroristic threats acts acts.
