Two people are accused of reconnecting power services to a residence on Ireland Drive in Kingston after it was disconnected by Georgia Power.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
37-year-old Crystal Fox Cohen and 39-year-old Christopher John Porter stole approximately $1,200 in electricity.
In addition, both are accused of failing to provide adequate food, water, and sanitary conditions for animals in their care.
Cohen and Porter are charged with theft of services and aggravated cruelty to animals.
