A Garden Lakes man was arrested on Garden Lakes Boulevard at Plymouth Road Wednesday on drug trafficking charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
44-year-old James Daniel Kelly had more than 28 grams of methamphetamine and a digital scale.
In addition to trafficking, he is charged with possession of meth and possession of meth with the intent to distribute.
