A Lindale woman is accused of stealing $105,000 from a business by using the company’s financial transaction card.
According to an arrest warrant:
42-year-old Stephanie Lynn Scott made more than 200 cash advance withdrawals between November of 2023 and August of 2024.
She is charged with felony theft by taking.
The victim is listed as APEX/MANCO/S&M at 701 Broad Street, Suite 200.
Earlier this month, 45-year-old Gary Adam Cook of Rome was arrested for taking over $90,000 from the same business during the same time period.
In late June, 51-year-old Patricia Ann Morabito was arrested after she allegedly deposited more than $200,000 from the same business into her own personal account between May 1, 2023, and August 15, 2024.
