A Man from Greensboro, Georgia, has been arrested on multiple charges, including kidnapping and aggravated child molestation.
According to the arrest warrants and Floyd County Jail records:
23-year-old Timothy Alan Bailey picked up a female under the age of 12 who was near her residence on June 28 and proceeded to transport her to another location in Floyd County, where he sexually abused her.
Bailey then dropped the victim back off near her residence after he found out that she had been reported as missing.
He enticed the child to meet him by sending her text messages, some of which were sexually graphic.
Bailey is additionally charged with interference with custody, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and obscene internet contact with a child.
